When Online Pull is unavailble??

    EX, when I fgo to online pull, We cannot give you that...please call our 1800 number. How do I work around that? They have all of my address update info.

    I have the same problem but when I pay for it, they have no problem verifying my identity. Just the typical fraud.

    There could be any number of reasons for that type of error message... With one service, I had a similar 'problem' when I was identified as being 'special' and in need of 'priority' treatment.

    I think I may be a Special with said CRA. It has happened in the past.

    When it happened most recently, an e-mail to their council helped to quickly restore my access.

    Especially when I mentioned that it was a new FCRA violation to deny my prompt access to my credit file. :)
