I know, I know....I have looked at the whopulledmycredit website. What I want to know is what company can I apply online for......gives instant credit decisions....and pulls only TU. This is for my wife. Her TU score is the highest at 656. She needs more than just 2 credit cards and 1 car loan to build a stronger history. Anyone have any personal experience? Thanks, SnakeMan
Chase perfect card..........they aren't instant BUT they give you link to check status which updates everyday.........you'll get a decision within a week to 10 days
depends on what state you are in some creditors pull differently. what type of card are you looking for major or dept store, gas etc?
depneds on what state you reside in for some of the west coast area I have had success with Citi bank home depot chase bank of america chevron
We live in Florida, a predominantly Equifax used state. But we want either a Dept. store or credit card with an instant credit decision through TransUnion. Whatchathink? SnakeMan
have you though of a furniture store? I don't know if the names of dept stores are different out there but I would think the major retail chains would all use equifax maybe the little guys use TU. they do have some websites that will state in their pre-disclosure what bureau they pull you might want to look at that first. sorry couldn't be of more help any people from florida out there have some input to help out snake?
B of A and US Bank both pulled Equifax here in Florida. I think any credit I apply for while giving a Florida Address is gonna result in a Equifax pull. Does anyone here know of any "hardcore TU" bank or dept. store that strictly goes of of TU......even if you reside in southern FL? Your assistance is appreciated, SnakeMan
I live in Utah, and have signed up with Chase via an online app. Chase used TU, and one department in US Bank used TU. The Worldperks VISA Signature card from US Bank pulled TU, but US Bank pulled mainly Experian for the first three times....overdraft, an online VISA application off their web site (not either of the two main VISA cards they featured on their web site). Bof A, despite their reputation of pulling TU exclusively, pulled EXP for me. So from personal experience, Chase is TU only, and BofA and US Banks pull primarily for me. CITI keeps pulling EXP, Home Depot (CITI, really) keeps pulling EXP. So a lot of experience with online TU pullers contradicts what many other people experience. Not sure why, but Utah is different in more ways than just that one....
Chase pulled TU for me and Im in Tennessee, which is normally an EQ pull state. Although, they do take a while to get back to you since they manually review all apps... hope this helps.
Thanks for the help. Anyone here know of any dept. stores that pull TU? Sears? Home Depot? Lowes? Circuit City? Staples? Again, since I am in an EQ heavy state these guys probably do pull EQ. I wonder since I still have my home in Michigan (a hardcore TU state), that if I gave my MI address when I apply that maybe they will pull TU? Interesting.... SnakeMan
