Thread: Worthknowing, Need help!!

I am hoping George among others will explain this to me.

I thoght that we can get a new worthknowing TU report any time we want by just applying and requesting a new login id.

Worthknowing refused me as they recognized my SS#.

HELP ???

Perhaps they have caught on. I have done that for over a year now, new report every time. haven't ried lately.

have you deleted your account first?? That may be the problem, you need to sign in and then delete your account and then order a new one.

Just last week I was able to get several new rpts from them but I deleted my profile and acct first each time. Of couse I used the same ss but I used a different e-mail and userid to sign up again. I did have a problem accessing "my credit offers" each time receiving an error message. I understand if there were no offers but they kept telling me something was wrong w/ the server. Hope this helps.

THERE ARE NO "OFFERS" ANY MORE...

It will take a while to get NEXTCARD out of there...THEY WERE STILL OFFERING NEXT CARD MONTHS AFTER THEY WENT BK...

Maybe they need to get the ELEMENTARY SCHOOL kids nearby to help them "FIX" their web site???

So it sounds like they weren't a very good source of offers anyway. Incidentially, their rpt wasn't great (inaccurate) either but free is free so I tried them.

Yep. That's exactly what I saw. The closed/open open/closed thing. I ignored it but they did have 2 accts that TU should have on my rpt but don't. Couldn't see any reason for this especially b/c one is a good acct from '95 that's used frequently and the other is the same from 2000. Just makes me wonder what's out there...

I also have CLOSED accounts (10-15 years closed) on www.worthknowing.com that are not on the "REAL" TRANS UNION...
