Wow. I'd been arguing with TU to update my file for deletions that they wouldn't put on the file until my tax lien investigation was completed (no due to finsih till 8/23). I finally decided to cancel the investigation this morning since I cannot wait that long to get my REFI done, and they told me I could just redispute separately. An hour later, i pulled my report and not only are all the accounts updated/delted/etc, but the TAX LIENS HAVE BEEN DELETED TOO!!!!!! My score went from 620 to 687! SO: my credit journey: EX - 5/02 score: 576 EX 8/02 score: 660 EQ - 5/02 score: 585 EQ 8/02 score: 657 TU - 5/02 score: 602 TU 8/02 score: 687 This board ROCKS!!! Thank you to all for your kind words and wisdom. Now here's hoping the goodwill letter to MBNA works, and my refi/debt consolidation closes. 700 CLUB, make room!
