collection data base?

It appears that many are dealing with credit collection companys.
What about a data base with current info and a customer rating of quality.
Like your credit alert ,the collectors forum rating service could put the spot light on those that need it the least. Where else do they get any other
public exposure? They are here around us,in here, putting the screws to us..Maybe its time we "notice them"..and on a rating system to boot!
