Issue with site - Linkeage problem

I am having problems with clicking on links within a post/thread it they all take me to a default page. Here are the links you can try them for yourself

The associated post URL will be reflected in the newly opened windw but it will not be the post content loaded. Instead going to the home page.

Can someone please fix this problem asap !?!?!
