I have a situation, i have a credit card that had been written off by a company and sold to a credit management company, but on my credit report it has been closed and i have a zero balance, how can they write it off then sell it to someone else. It has also been deleted from my credit file. What do i need to do. I recently got a letter from the credit management company saying they are going to put a judgement against me if i don't pay this balance off.
