To pay off or settle

I am new to this credit repair business. I just didn't care now that I am older I need my credit. I have about $4500 in debt. They all have gone past the original accounts to CA's. I have read not to pay them off. Sherman has one of the three major account.

So what should I do. If i pay will it be a good thing on my report?

Thanks Chill Will

They never take it off the report when we make it right so why should we take it off the docket when they do?
