Thread: CC advice

I'm new to the forum and needed help picking out a decent rewards card. I want a card with a good % cashback on things like gas and groceries... I've looked into 3 different ones but wasnt sure which was better. Does anyone have any of these...do you like them/dislike them?

-Capital One Rewards
-National City/Lifespring Health Everyday Rewards
