Ford Credit...Buying car that I'm leasing

I want to buy the car that I am leasing. I got the car without a co signer but afraid that I may need one due to some a judgement and late payments to Ford Credit. I know Ford looks at your payment history and how on time you are with payments as they should be. I feel that this is going to hurt me and my interest rate is going to be very high. Has anyone on here had any experiences with Ford Credit as far as bad credit and buying a car. Any advice would be so helpful.

It is always a good idea to check out financing from different lenders, especially when you are considering a vehicle purchase. The newest FICO scores allow several auto loan inquiries in a short time to be counted as one. I realize this help is more general than what you were looking for, but it's all I have.
