Thread: How to deal with Commercial Recovery Systems Texas?

I have been dealing with this company for Six months. Each time I talked with one of their representatives, I got a different pay off amount. I finally arrived at a payoff and asked for a written payoff contract stating that they would gaurantee title and credit bureau notification. They stated on the contract that they would request title from Wells Fargo Dealer Service.
I contacted them by email and phone, that I
needed a gaurantee that title would be sent to me. So far no reply!

Any ideas short of an attorney on how to proceed?
