The surgeon bill is from 2003 and I have not paid any payments. I couldn't work for a year, and I'm just getting on my feet. The state is Colorado. Can I try to arrange for payment with the doctor or the attorney, because the Collection Agency will only accept payments of $500 - $600/month which I cannot do. Can they garnish my 1099 income?
