I told them I could pay $100/month and that's when she told me they would accept no less than $500. I said I couldn't pay that, and she said 'see you in Court'. I was served 3 days later. Can I still try to arrange payments with anyone else? The lawyer? The girl at the Collection Agency is impossible to work with.
