LAWSUIT

How I Turned the Tables On Debt Collectors & Telemarketers.

To the owner/owners, management, and applicable employees:

I have written the above-titled book, which takes an in-depth look at my occupation suing debt collectors and telemarketers as a pro se litigant, moreover, the methods I used to literally turn every phone call I received, into a lawsuit (www.lawsuitchaser.com). I outline many "baiting" and "fishing" techniques used against the unsuspecting collector or telemarketer, to gain standing for a lawsuit. Many of these methods will help your company understand the mind of the debtor and/or consumer, furthermore, the mind of a career plaintiff, who is always looking for the edge over your employees. I have written such book, exposing myself, for the collection and telemarketing industries, as well as their respective employees.
Every time a company was hit with a lawsuit of mine, they were perplexed and blindsided. They had no clue of what type of debtor and/or consumer I was, and what I could do to their vulnerable employees and agencies to gain standing for a lawsuit. Don't think it couldn't happen to your company or employees, as I'm a proficient career plaintiff. This book was written for your industry, company, management, and employees, to be aware and watchful of who is on the other end of your collection or telemarketing calls. It may be me, or someone like me, using the consumer protection laws to their advantage, along with "baiting" and "fishing" collectors and telemarketers into violating the law. Don't let this happen to your company.
I have successfully exposed, and ultimately settled, over three hundred lawsuit cases with unsuspecting companies, who had no clue that I was waiting for their employees' to trip up and violate the law. Such book details, not only the "baiting" and "fishing" techniques used, but also the way in which I maximized the amount of calls I received from these companies. In a typical day, I could accumulate five to six calls that violated the consumer protection laws. I did so in a way that was not only legal, but also profitable, thus, I became a career plaintiff.
The above-titled book is available via Swanberg & Associates' website. To order a copy and/or learn more about my occupation and experiences as a career plaintiff, please visit www.lawsuitchaser.com. Pre-order now, as copies are limited. In addition, notify your employees of such book. They need to know of what methods I've used to exploit both collectors and telemarketers. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at the phone number, email, or address, given on the aforementioned site.

Thank you. Ryan A. Swanberg
