medical debt validation

The CA sent me a letter stating the OC would send me th validation of the account. The OC did send me an itemized bill.

My question is in the letter from the CA they "have not sold or provided services to me. Their client, XXX Doctor's Office has and they will be sending a statement of the account." Is this enough to have they collection, in their name, removed from my credit report????

I am not disputing I owe the money, I am disputing who I owe the money to...

Thanks for any help!!!

You should post this in the credit forum, not the general forum.

If the OC has sold or assigned the account to the CA, the CA can put it on your credit report.
