Open ended accounts

    I'm trying to understand the statue of limitations on credit cards in my state. Are they considered "open ended accounts" Thanks for your help.

    Yes, Credit cards are considered open ended accounts.

    Open Ended Accounts - These are revolving lines of credit with varying balances.
    An example is a credit card account.
