original creditors I need help!!

I have three negative itmes that are left on my credit profile Sallie Mae(student loan) past due GMAC(a car that i paid off) and Discover Card(closed account). I have tried three rounds of letters to the credit bureaus as well as the companies themselves. And they just keep saying that these items on my credit report are mine and i know that they are not. I need to know what to do next? Can any one help me? Has anyone had success with these original creditors

Have you deleted all the old addresses on your credit reports which are being used to verify the accounts are " yours"? If not, then delete those old addresses and dispute again using the US Mails, and specifically use the word reinvestigate in the dispute letter. Why do you want the Discover Card off your reports? Are there lates? Gotta be careful with that sort of account, disputing it. If it is not a charge off or collection, and just lates, then deleting it might very well cost you FICO points because of the loss of age--if you are successful in getting it deleted.

How are the three reporting, exactly, and with which of the three CRA's?
