Reckless Driver -WalMart Parking Lot

OK! I have a Ford Explorer Sport 2000. I was in an auto accident back in Oct 2007 and the state police and insurance co. ruled in my favor. I was paid $3200 for the damage for my vehicle. The insurance co. told me I had to list my car with the DMV as totaled out. Anyway, moving forward it was a small bent in the front of my truck and I was still able to drive it. Just recently, last week I was pulling into the Wal Mart parking lot to go shopping and a young female was driving at high-speed and reckless and tagged the back of my truck which damaged my frame in the left rear end of it. She also totaled her car out completely on top of that landed on top of three other cars and smashed them into each other. Now, because my car was totaled out via the DMV on the first accident what shall I do on this one with their insurance co. BTW, the insurance guy wants to meet with me to review the damage of my truck on Tuesday, March 25th. I can still drive my truck but now I really need to get the rear-end fixed. There were no injuries from anyone but I was wondering what rights do I have, can I get their insurance estimator pay for me a rent-a-car? Please help me I need answers before Tuesday as to what I should do.
