Is it possible on CreditNet to do a search for an entire phrase like NO STATUS instead of doing a search for messages containing the word NO and the word STATUS?

    I can't figure it out.

Basically, it is like the difference between "NO STATUS" and +NO +STATUS

I think you put the phrase in "quotes."

I tried that and no luck. For instance, if I want to search for NO STATUS (in regards to a creditor updating my account to NO STATUS) and I search for "NO STATUS" I get a bunch of hits like "No, they can't do that blah blah blah blah blah so check the status of the account."

Versus...The creditor then updated my account to NO STATUS.
