All I want for Christmas is my UDF

Is it out of line when requesting Procedural Description on a "verified" trade line to request the CRA to provide the UDF with date/time of OC verification?

I want evidence of 2 things:

    1. That the CRA actually did a so called investigation, and

    2. The actual info provided by the OC on the account, including date, time, employee who completed, etc. Seems the UDF would be the best proof of what was communicated. (I've never seen on of these BTW).

Case in point, I disputed with the OC. 15 days later filed dispute with CRA. CRA now shows tradeline verified, "remains," and of course there is no notation that the OC reported as being disupted by consumer.

Did the CRA actually reinvestigate? And if they did, did the OC report the dispute? Did the CRA properly post the dispute repoted by OC?

    Thanks for your thoughts.

Of course, I'll probably only get coal in my stocking again.

While looking for some on-line examples of the Universal Data Form, I ran across a site belonging to Credit Data of Illinois, Inc. http://www.cdillinois.com/

Obviously an Experian affiliate, there were a number of interesting Experian reports.

For example, something called the Bullseye Report, as a replacement for the UDF:

    The Credit Profile report:

    Profile Summary Report:

    Collection Report:

    Skip Locator Report:

Why Your Company Should Report Its Business and Consumer Data To Experian:

Thought they may be of some interest to see what is being reported.

The only way I received a UDF from a CRA, unhappily showing a verification, was to dispute an item with CBC (EQ) 5 times. They finally got sick of me disputing and sent me the udf from the OC. But luckily CBC's databases are now owned by EQ. So I'm trying again with them ;)
