I just noticed a debt i had over 6 years ago has been removed , this debt was sold on to a debt collection agency and they are now starting to write to me all of a sudden. I thought after 6 years that i was free from the Debt? Or does it just get deleted of your file but they can still chase you for the money? Im a bit stressed about it as i was given a credit card when i just turned 18 and i was a bit silly with it but then the bank was quick enough to give me a high limit without asking questions grrr
