Personally, I prefer www.infinitecredit.com -- there's a lot of legal beagles there (including a couple of lawyers, though consumer law isn't their field of practice).
Direred, I haven't seen you over there (then again, I don't look too often) but, I agree. The site doesn't get the traffic as some others, but in my opinion, it renders the best advice. Centex, Jlynn, myself, and a few others (from the old AOC) chime in on there now and again . . . thus, someone looking for sound "litigation" advice would be remiss not to check it out. While some "old sage's" may not be focused in consumer actions, they have been around the block a time or two. With that said, there are plenty of consumer boards out there on the net and this one is a good one in terms of mods, admins, and general free speech. However, to the OP and others, just beware of those boards that allow misinformation such as the one previously mentioned (and creditboards as well IMHO). If you seek advice, do your due diligence and make sure it's correct.
