How does the reporting period work in this case?

    Here is the deal:

I have an CC account that I went 30 days deliquent in Nov. 1999 and I never caught it up.

    Experian shows this information:
Status Details: This account is scheduled to continue on record until Oct 2008.
    Account History:
Charge Off as of Jun 2003, Jul 2002
150 days as of Jul 2002
120 days as of Jun 2002, May 2002, Sep 2001 to Nov 2001
90 days as of Apr 2002, Aug 2001
60 days as of Mar 2002, Jul 2001, Jun 2001
30 days as of Feb 2002, Jun 2001, May 2001

Are they correct with that removal date?
At a minumum it is being reported incorrectly based on the fact that I never caught it up. If you look at their history it appears that I "did" then went in default a second time. Any ideas guys?

No they are not correct. Fall off date is based on Nov. 1999, which should have been reported by the OC to the CRA.

    Thanks Ontrack :)

Soooooo, when I dispute this what are my chances that they will do a "real" investigation? I contacted MBNA about this account and the csr told me it was sold in 2003. I would imagine Experian would have to actually "talk" to someone over at MBNA to verify their data. In they give me any crap should offer my own "data"(cancelled checks) as proof?
