I want to thank all who give out the great advice on this site!!!! I don't post much but I do read here a lot. I started to repair my credit (correctly) in Jan 07. My Scores were 597, 523, and 504.

Today my scores are 616, 603, and 588. I have removed 3 negitive items off of my credit report. I have also started to keep my CC balances below 20%. I know my scores are still not all that great but some improvement is better than none at all. Not bad for only 3 months. I am so greatful for this site and I plan to keep up the good fight!

Thanks all and keep up the great advice!

WOW!!! Congrats! I hope mine get in the 600's within 3 months! What did you do? Did you have any CC's before CB? I am still waiting for dispute results. I have 3 CC's since CB, but only 1 is reporting. Alot of things should be IIB from 2003 CH7, but they aren't going to send off more letters, once dispute comes back. Keep up the good work!

Congratulations! It feels great doesn't it?!?!

It sounds like you're adopting the right mindset also to keep improving your scores. Keep the balances low, and keep chipping away at the negatives on your reports. You will get results, just keep working them.

    Again, congratulations, celebrate your sucesses!

    Thanks Heybreez-
I about fell off my chair when I saw that 600 mark!! I have been in the 500's for so long:>

I had 3 CC before starting credit repair all but one are subprime. One was maxed and the other 2 were new accounts and were not yet reporting. I also had a lot of collection accounts. Some were old and fell off of my report. Others were reported twice and that's what I had deleted. What remains are medical collections. All are paid...this was before I learned about PFD.

I have my student loans and car payment reporting as a positive TL. I use my CC every month and keep the balances below 20%. Doing this really does seem to help your score move up. I hope to see 650+ soon..LOL

Hang in there Hey- you will see results soon. Just gotta keep at it!
