I won my case , I was being sued by a collection agency and I had it dismissed with prejudice , should I sue the attorney and the collection agency ?

I am a newbie, but in my opinion if you have proper evidence/documentation to back up your claim then sue them.

What are the violations that you are trying to sure for and what proof do you have to show?

Debt collector refused validation , debt collector refused 2nd request for validation , debt collector sued me in the validation period provided no proof I even owed the alleged debt , debt collectors attorneys refused to show me how they calculated their fees , debt collectors attorneys process server went to my neighbors and told them I owed this debt and if they knew how to contact me , in court their suit was thrown out with prejudice

What you would allege are violations of FDCPA.

This should have been done with a counter suit. If you have the proof its min. of 1k per violation and no judge can argue the law, if they do, appeal it and see them change it, no judge wants to be made out to not know the law, we have them right here in my town, not one of the half asses lawyer judges know anything about credit or consumer laws, they are to busy learning how to charge a DUI.
