If there is no SOL on student loans how do they fall off credit reports?

Sometimes items " fall off " credit reports when people write to dispute the accounts accuracy.....

There is a difference between SOL and the 7 year reporting period for credit reports.

I believe, but I am not positive, that student loans that are garanteed by the government can be reported for seven years from the date that the creditor files a claim with the garantee agency. I am not certain about this. I will try to find a reference to it later tomorrow and post again unless someone else is able to confirm it before then.
