Unable to pull my tri report from Truecredit or Privacymatters. This has gone on all weekend, evidently it's happening to alot of peeps. Hope they get it fixed, I hear it's Transunion's fault. Refunds for everyone! As if! lol....... Tegleg
I called them yesterday when I got a credit alert and couldn't log on, the cs rep said it wasn't my fault it was a system error. I still cant update mine as of right now either. Sigh!
I thought it was just me. I get an error similar to "Unable to verify information" and it instructs me to re-enter my info or call customer service for assistance.
I had the same problems. I tried calling this morning and they wouldn't even answer the normal customer service line. I did find a few numbers that got me to an actual USA customer service rep who said he gave me a month credit. I'll believe that when I see it.
I received a $9.95 credit for the time that the service was out. This was far more than I expected. The CSR never did state how much credit he was giving me.
