WOOHOO!!! I was able to get my first deletion by disputing an item!!! Thanks all for your help!!! I'm now ready to take on the world!!!!
It sure does feel good! Thanks again. I was also pretty surprised at how quickly it happened. They deleted within a week of my disputing it! The advice on here really does work! Also FYI for anyone else that needs some help, I found that the state attorney general's office can be your best friend. Although they are not lawyers usually, they can outline what your rights are under your state laws. You always need to know what you are going up against when you are fighting the credit companies.
