    I have a Ch7 BK that is due to fall off my credit report in 17 months. For the heck of if I decided to dispute it and just found out today that it has been removed from my Equifax report. What are that odd that it will be removed from my TU and EX? I have painstakingly repaired my credit and am excited about getting the BK lead weight off my back.

    Thanks!

    TU=678
    EX=628
    EQ=656 (not reflecting the removal of the BK yet)

    Impossible to tell . . .

    One credit reporting agency has no bearing on the other.

    One CRA has no impact on another. Don't expect the other 2 to follow. I was able to get our bk removed from Exp and TU on the first round of disputes for the public record. Surprise, surprise! I have tried everything to get it removed from EQ, no luck. It is supposed to fall off on its own 1/08. I am just going to live with it until then. I have read on other threads that the person had better luck getting the "included in bk" tradelines deleted once the public record was deleted. Makes sense--the dispute would go something like.....BOA reads "included in bk", what bk?

    Congrats and good luck!

    You'll never know until you try! There's nothing to lose....
