Hello this has happened before few months ago so to prevent this from happening on my last letters to them I enclosed copy of my driver's license and copy of utility bill. Yet they still send out that pre written response claiming can't find file please send copy of utility bill and id card I just did. I don't understand figured give them it before they ask yet they still ask? Just stall in my eyes they don't want to reinvestigate.
Two options, send again CMRRR, or call and ask for a direct fax number, to "ensure" receipt. Remember, print out fax confirmation report.
thanks I'm going call again tommrow ask for fax number send everything again sending certified mail i will know they got it however I already know they got my dispute. As they gave me their junk mail reply however sending certified again they can still say they never got id copy etc .
