Is there an SOL on the CRA to pick up and place a judgment on a credit report?

No. However, it can be legally be placed on the credit report as long as its still within the 7-year reporting period, which would have began the day the judgment was granted.

For example, a judgment was granted 1/2000, it could be placed on your report anytime between then and 1/2007 without violating any laws. Even if it was placed on the report as late as 12/2006 (one month before the reporting SOL expired), it would still be due to fall off on 1/2007.

    I hope this helps.

Yep that helps, now I need to decide should I go BK-7 or spend the time and money to fight the judgment..........
