Do i need to go into court to contest a default judgment or can it be done by mail? The judgment was in CA and i live in NM now.
Call the courthouse, they will tell you. Hopefully, whatever forms you will need will be online as well.
I have called they said it was a "legal question" and i should find an attorney. They wouldn't even tell me what forms to use. Sorry for my spelling I spent the second grade on watching the grass grow outside the class.
