Because I have received several requests for more information on the subject of more definitive statements which is also known as a Bill of Particulars in a very limited number of courts I have decided to do an article on the subject showing how such a motion might be constructed and why it should be used instead of filing an answer to the court in what is considered to be the normal course of action when presented with a summons to court. The article is quite lengthy so it was necessary to do a separate web page which is located here.
http://http//shmyl.com/arjoson is not a valid link. It helps to also display the URL in addition to embedding it in the text. The REAL URL, not a "shrunken" link to it. This: http://shmyl.com/arjoson gets forwarded to the Wikipedia home page sometimes, and a 404 page sometimes.
