Neighbor told me today they are calling him 6-7 times per day.

Has anyone ever had any success with Arrow.

I am going to help him with a DV but read they dont even answer any DV's.

Send a DV & "do not call" letter.
    If the keep calling.

Send them a summons to your lawsuit.

The more the ignore (i.e. the more they call) the better for you.

If you know this is going to happen, start recording the calls if you can.

(talk about an FDCPA lawsuit waiting to happen)

Has anyone had any success with these people.

They seem to be un afraid of anything or anyone.

They will not validate anything and will not answer any questions or request by anyone.

If your neighbor has followed the process, by writing a Debt Validation Request, and a "Cease & Desist" demand to have communications only in writing, and yes, you have done these steps more than once, then...contact your state's Attorney General's Office with a complaint. Usually these "types" do respond to an AG's communication!

Yes, they have tried everything they can toss at them and Arrow will not respond to anything.
I will be over there tomorrow night and help them file with the AG.
Thank you for all your help.

I helped them file a report/complaint with the BBB and what did Arrow do, they responded to the BBB that they have already been in contact with the consumer and have fixed the issue.
    They are LIARS.....

Bumping this back up to see what to do next with Arrow.

Will they only go away if you sue them or what?

You can do nothing with them other than file an administrative complaint with your State AG and thereafter, a civil action.

Apex, should I file with both my AG and Illinois AG?

There new way around the BBB complaints is to tell BBB they have been in contact with the consumer.

I appreciate your input Apex. Thank you.
