has anyone dealt with this ca. they did provide validation. i called them today to see if i could get a pfd but the employee refused saying they couldnt do it. i am thinking about senr them a letter to see if i get a different response. or i might call the ca and make arraingments to try to pay them.
The best advice I can give you is to ask for a supervisor. The first-line customer service people don't ever know about PFD. I just got a PFD agreement from a CA after several letters and calls. The customer service people never knew what I was talking about and if they did, they said no way. When I talked with the supervisor, she agreed pretty quickly. Good luck!
i tried that and the supervisor told me that the they could not delete the account. so what should i try next. i really dont think that was a supervisor , i think they instruct them to lie and say they are sup and that legally the account cant be deleted which we know is a lie.
