Is this tool totally worthless? I decided to try it on a couple of tradelines I wanted to delete. Both came back "Already investigated, go to hell" response immediately. But I've never disputed them. It's linked to a null script, isn't it?
Already doing. Just wondering why they have it, if it is disabled by default. Another layer of frustration for the unaware, in the hopes they will quit maybe?
A follow up note: ALWAYS print out everything you see on the computer screen. In this case I would have printed out the "Already Investigated" reply, and included it with my written dispute. If this tradeline was never disputed by you, then the reply "Already Investigated" is a refusal to investigate a consumer dispute, and hence illegal. Always keep the documentation for the "war chest", better to have it and not need it, than vice versa....
