    Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the board and have found a lot of useful info. I'm trying to repair credit. I have 5 charge offs on my report--4 are credit cards and the other one is a hospital bill. I have paid 3, less than full payment. Can I get these deleted. One company stated that they would delete with full payment but didn't have money at the time. Should I call back and offer balance?

It never hurts to try, and nothing is better leverage than money(for a business). I recommend calling and asking of they will accept a "Pay For Delete", and if they do, make sure to get the agreement in writing (before paying).

Credit repair is not much different than any other activity, the more you try,and work, the more "lucky" you get. In this case, you have nothing to lose, and a lot to gain, so give it a try. The worst that can happen is that they say "No".
