I have listed 2 accounts below one the Original Creditor and the other the resulting Charge Off account from my TU official report.

Question #1First off HSBC the Original Creditor has date verified as 11/2004 HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN I HAVE DISPUTED 3 or 4 times in the last 6 months and have the updated reports saying they verified?

#2 What exactly does Account type: open mean on the Midland entry? Does it mean that the account is still open or does it mean that it is an open ended account? Also under loan type it is marked as open collection agency attorney as well, I am unclear as to what this means.

#3Lastly doesn't Midland have to report when the account was opened? I appreciate any help but my primary concern is Hsbc particularly the verification dateas if i remove that then the other will follow.

That's always a fun question to ask TU when you are asking for procedures. ;)

    Big maybe they are independent.

I would be disputing this - from the fact that MCM is reporting, this acct was sold/transferred

Did you notice that this has been reaged? Sure its only a couple of months, but reaging is reaging.

so i should dispute HSbc under which grounds. I disputed a few times already. Also what's my recourse for reaging? ANY ADVICE? Thanks

Save your ink and paper - HSBC is not coming off. Either sue them or live with it. Absent litigation, your best outcome will be having the matter denoted as being in dispute.

Not by much, but technically the dates reported by HHld and MCM should be exactly the same.

As Apex said though, HSBC usually uses concrete to put TL's on reports. Have you made any attempts at validation with MCM?

i sent 3 certified letters with no respone. i also called MCM and after dealing with the pleasant people there i was eventually connected to a woman that told me to "keep disputing it and eventually it will fall off'" This was after 5 disputes with all 3 cra's.
