My guess is failure to mark accounts as being disputed. Notorious for that or either suing people with only Affidavits.

Actually is a class action suit that NCO has decided to settle before court to the tune of 400K plus. They admit no wrong doing. I am not so sure why I was sent a letter from NCO as I wrote them a letter once and then poof they were gone. I guess they knew they called me more than several times a week. Really, do you have the case cite. I haven't heard of it. For what it's worth, 400k is pittance. They were hammered by the FTC to the tune of 1.5M.

I'll have to look at that. NSF isn't the brightest bulb on the tree in my opinion and it looks like they took one on the chin. I guess calling two times is excessive. I wouldn't think it so but, again, this is NCO. God knows what were on some of the tapes.
