    Unless you receive either a "verified complaint" or a complaint with an affidavit attached, your answer does not have to be notarized.

    Thanks....I sent my own set of Notice to admit/interrog and they refused to answer. Now I am in need of a template for a Motion to compel.

    They refused to even reply at all or they just did the standard objections to everything? Because usually you are supposed to respond to admissions or you admit them. Check your court rules.

    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Plaintiff, hereby objects to the Defendant's request for Admissions on the grounds that the requested items are not appropriate for said discovery device and that the subject matter of the Defendant's request for Admissions are ultimate questions of fact in the case.
