Ok I have a few questions about my report. Have some accounts out there that are paid/closed and not sure if they are disputable/removable or not.

    For example -

    Installment loan.
    opened 4/2003
    paid/closed 8/2004
    status - pays as agreed
    DMDFR & DOFD - N/A
Shows two 30 days on it and the rest are * for the entire history.

Do you dispute that to have it removed? Or is a goodwill letter better since its closed?

Same for a Credit Card (WFFNB/Victoria Secret)

Shows two 30 days the rest are *. Shows Pays as agreed. Not a charge off.
DMDFR & DOFD is N/A. Do you dispute this or send letters?

Thanks so much for bearing with me on the trivial stuff! Still learning the ins and outs of all this!

Leave them as they are. They are not really "bad". Only dings are the 30 days late. Other than that they are good tradelines. Pays as agreed carry much more value than one or two 30 days lates.

Ok found something else that I am unsure of.

    Collections.

One is for a Dr.'s office for $60 bucks. It is paid and was paid as soon as it was received in mail. That was a miscommunication with office staff. Either way it is showing on the report from the CA. The OC never filed anything. Doesn't that need to be gone since I paid the CA? Would you do a Goodwill letter for that?

Same goes for one that my husband signed to let a friend get utilities hooked up in his name and they stuck him with the last bill that we didnt know about till the collection came in. It was paid immediately but is still showing paid on the CR. But it is showing the local Credit brureau as the collector. Can you get that removed??

    Thanks!

Both NO. Once upon a time they were negative accounts. Once anything negative hits your credit report, it will stay on there for 7 years - no matter if paid or not. Fair? No. It's a conspiracy between creditors and the CRAs to keep consumers' credit ratings in the toilet.
