    I asked for and was granted a continuance, now working with an Attorney on best way to proceed.

    Hmmmm I didn't know that he could do any court stuff, or is this to get violations so they will drop the suit?

    Oh and APEX can you take cases in Massachusetts?

    What ever happened after that guy posted !@#$%^&O about your company?

    I'm not surprised by the response of the NACA lawyer. I have yet to talk to one that has had anything positive to say even though I've given them reams of documents showing fraud, FDCPA violations, etc. Even told 1 he could have the total award (approx $45,000) if he took it.
