Ripoffreport will not allow us access to file another rebuttal. They will not take down those lies even in lieu of our demands which include suit for defamation per se by republication. Fred has created blogs against both Creditnet and ACS. Lisa, the site administrator has had this goon on her back before too. This is a cutthroat industry and I maintain this is another CSO but, perhaps, just some nutjob. If one cannot see that the complaints are transparent, they are idiots. He cannot produce an Agreement, was never a client, and never will be. Sam, on the other hand, may have been a client. However, he supplied us with a CPN under the auspices of misrepresentation; ergo, fraud, and we cannot do anything with that. If this is you Sam, I will serve you with a summons for Defamation. IP tracking is a wonderful tool you know. We offered this person our services under legal fashions such as adding an AU account to his real credit report. Again, we do not deal with scammers with CPN's. This gentlemen lied to us about it and still owes us $500.00. However. I cannot yet confirm if this is a the same person. In any event, I challenge anyone to call us and not get a response in 24 hours. We have three number plus extensions. We are a BBB member and the one complainant I personally sued for defamation. It was filed in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, WV and the Case Style was ACS, LLC v. Andrews Koromoah. We are registered, licensed, and bonded. Moreover, we are certified by the Consumer Data Industry Association. I am corporate counsel for ACS, LLC. We, and I, hide from no one. In short, back up you claims or shut up! We've been in this business for three years and our reputation precedes us. Give me a call and I'll put this issue to bed. Quite being a coward, liar, and come forth with the truth.
Just a note i read ripoff and it's pretty onesided and stacked against you.so i just took it as a person you couldn't help and they decided to try to ruin you.I think if you can't defend yourself you would have no choice but to sue.so good luck.

Thats why in my posts i kept trying to get him to prove it and he never would say anything or come up with anything.I mean in a court of law at least you have a right to defend yourself.I mean fred is sam who is joe and percy,and turns out to be betty.their one and the same we fiqured that out pretty quick.Hey there's nothing wrong with incomplete remarks that's how i write some of my post's lol
You will see some action from this soon I will promise you. We are an agressive corporation and someone is going to rectify this. They're just liars and the board that hosts these liars may be taken to task.
This is a bummer... Sam never came back and to me he was indeed a troll from the get go and I wrote so. I had forgotten all about it as it was awhile ago, so how come apex you just answered now? Did you just see the post? I am sorry that this has happened to you,it @#$%^&*( when something goes up on the interent and you really have no recourse.
