Beware of companies that offer to remove inquiries from EX and TU

    You can't. They won't re-investigate them and they are scams. The only way to do it is send a letter to each inquiror and ask them the permissible purpose or to delete it.

    I have had hard time remove inquires from Transunion and Experian. I disputed them. They are not connected to any trade lines. Any advice?

    Hi, in my experience Tu won't remove any inquiry unless you sue them. About experian I have a few deletions saying that they were the result of credit card aplications made on the internet or over the phone using my SS# without my knowlege, the same in EQ, they put a FA in all 3 reports but the inqs are gone. To delete the Fraud Alert make sure you send a letter to the 3 CRAs at the same time.

    Let me re-phrase, you cannot get them off unless they aren't tied to a tradeline or unless they're fraudulent.
