Two credit cards with Cap One = one lawsuit or two?

    Hi,
I have two CapOne cards --- with respective balances of approx. $4,500 and $2,500.

I also have two Washington Mutual cards with balances of $6,800 and $3,300.

Due to my health and resulting medical expenses I am unable to pay and all of the cards are probably going to be charged off.

If I get sued eventually, would CapOne do two lawsuits based on the individual balances? Or would they roll them together into one lawsuit? Same question for WaMu.

    Thanks for any advice.

Unless they pass them out to two different collection agencies it should be one suit for both cards.

Each is a separate account, they would probably sue on each account. They may combine them but don't have to.
