Free credit repair, reverse your negative credit score, we have all heard this before! We have created this online training course to explain how companies charge hundreds, even thousands of dollars for credit repair but don't deliver on their claims. Truth is, no one can legally remove accurate negative information from a credit report. This online training course will explain how to legitimately improve your creditworthiness. We will only charge you the cost for us to cover the course: $5.00! To get more information: LINK REMOVED BY MODERATOR: SPAM

Looks like we got us a new spammer here. This one talks about truth but either don't know what the truth is or wouldn't admit it if he did.

Truth is, of course that people do legally remove accurate negative information from credit reports every day and that's not hard to prove.

So no CSO can do anything but, your course will enable someone to do everything? Spam.

The truth about credit repair is that most CSO's are illegitimate and run illegally. Moreover, they're usually idiots. However, there are a few good ones like Apex Credit Services, LLC and New Credit Solutions. Mine and NCS are the only two I'd suggest.

Back to the point though, this industry has a bad reputation for a reason. Also, people strike out at the legit ones which bring the illegitimate to light. It's just a cut-throat business and for what it's worth, credit restoration can either be done the right way or the wrong way. Whether you do it yourself or hire a corporation, make sure they do it the right way b/c you're going to have to usually sue someone at some point. You need evidence to win and sorry, but these mill operations that do not mine disputes and that do not know the FDCPA and FCRA aren't going to be able to provide you any.

Right on, APEX. The point about usually having to sue someone is especially true. Often it is the credit bureaus themselves consumers have to sue. Once that has been done a consumer gets special handling if they call the credit bureau to ask about some new point on their credit reports. Their reports are flagged for special handling by someone more knowledgeable than the average clerk. They get religion very quickly once they have been sued.

Same for attorneys. Most of them are pretty cocky the first time out but don't ever want to get sued a second time. Collection agencies don't seem to care.

I couldn't agree more. Suing CA's under the FDCPA is worthless. I just quit fashioning my complaints under federal law.

Yea, that one is a bummer. We're in a pretty heated motion practice battle at the time with ROR.

However, keep me laughing. I can use it.
