Those statements are highly illegal. Do you have any proof that they made them? A letter with any such statements or a recording of the phone conversation? If not you need a good tape or digital voice recorder.

Illegal And Unethical Contrary to the false statements that they make on thier web site. This company is illegal at best and unethical at worst. Their managment staff intentionally instructs collectors to violate the FDCPA as well as they have no concious as they routinely devulge a consumers personal business to relatives, friends and employers.They have threatened consumers with imprisonmen,. claimed they are a law firm and even lied in identifying them selves as agents, advocates and even attorneys. They have utilizied every scare tatic imaginable in their collection efforts. It is inconceiveable that they are still in business. The attorney general needs to look into their collection practices If you receive a call from them contact the attorney general in your state as their history will confirm their illegal practices.
