I disputed a account with wama, chase replied with a copy of canceled check! On the paper it said to call if i had any questions,I called to question ownership as they had said they had no file on this account,After 15 minutes with bombay bob.Asking him to explain the photocopy of the check that they have no file on.He responded by saying he did not know how they got the check.asked for a supervisior he said there was none on duty and to fax the info to a number but i couldn't talk to anyone there as they had no phone.I really need some input on this please. You will save some cows life.I don't know rather to cry or laugh,i'm completely dumbfounded!!!!!!!!!!

Contact your BK attorney. If this was included in bankruptcy I think they have violated the law.
