We had to sue "dissatisfied" customers for extortion and defamation. Normal customers with a valid complaint are issued refunds. Thanks for the generalized presumption though . . .

What's the point of posting a thread about ripoffreport. It's a lttle scary to find out that people trying to give advice here are listed on it.
The posts on Rip Off Report concerning us are completely false. All one has to do is read them and it is easy to discern they are defamatory and malicious. Moreover, we sued Ed Madageson and Xcentric Ventures, d/b/a/ Rip Off Report, for their actions and inactions in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, WV. The case number is 08-C-1859 for anyone who wishes to call the Circuit Court's office. What else must we do to clear our name . . . people don't generally sue for defamation if truth is a defense.
