I checked my credit report recently and found out that I had AFNI as an adverse account. The original creditor is Charter Communication. I have never had an account with Charter Communication. I have sent them a letter saying that they got the wrong person with similar name of mine. I did not receive anything. So I again sent them a Debt Validation letter. What should I do next? What should I do if i don't receve anything back from them?
